We are looking for a new member to join the HR team of one of the companies within our portfolio. If you have at least two years of HR experience and enjoy a varied role working with people and documents, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities
- Support new hires and existing employees—prepare contracts, amendments, and all documentation needed for onboarding and offboarding
- Manage the complete recruitment process—from first contact to welcoming new colleagues
- Oversee onboarding and adaptation processes
- Maintain administrative order to ensure smooth HR operations
- Participate in planning employee benefits and company events
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to employees
- Contribute ideas and help develop company culture while tracking HR trends
- Engage in HR projects and other interesting activities
Who do we look for?
- At least 2 years of HR experience
- Responsibility and accuracy in working with documents
- Excellent communication skills and proactive work approach
- Basic knowledge of labor law and willingness to learn new things
- Creativity and eagerness to find new solutions
- Adaptability, independence, and ability to work as a team player
