Rockaway Credit Fund is an evergreen investment fund focused on private credit in the CEE and DACH regions. Our Investment Strategy

We invest in established companies with growth potential and stable cash flow.

The fund focuses on small and medium-sized enterprises that require capital for expansion, acquisitions, refinancing, or restructuring. It employs two main investment strategies:

Growth Capital
Provides flexible, non-dilutive financing in the form of mezzanine debt, NAV-based, or expansion loans. Targets 12–16% p.a. returns, combining stable income with equity upside through warrants (5–15%).
Direct Lending
Offers structured, secured financing for mid-sized companies often underserved by traditional banks. Targets 7–10% p.a. returns, delivering low volatility and portfolio diversification.
