What awaits you:
- Strategic management, development, and evaluation of the festival’s digital platforms – mobile app, ticketing system, and website
- Identifying opportunities to improve user experience and functionality
- Reporting and performance analysis of individual platforms, working with data
- Cooperation with external developers, IT partners, and suppliers
- Close collaboration with marketing, production, and sales teams on the digital development of the festival
- Translating the needs of visitors and the festival team into clear specifications and functional technical solutions
What we expect from you:
- At least 3 years of experience in managing digital platforms (web, ticketing, applications, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to “read stories in data”
- A sense for user experience – the ability to see things through the eyes of the user
- Experience with project management and communication with both suppliers and internal teams
- Independence, reliability, and a results-driven attitude
