Responsibilities

• Support all stages of the deal process, from initial screening to due diligence
• Conduct market research to find tech game-changers in European manufacturing
• Prepare financial models for comprehensive analysis and valuation
• Synthesize findings into presentations, including investment memorandums

• Support strategic development and monitor performance of portfolio companies

Your Profile

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, corporate finance or management consulting is a strong plus
• Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering results
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; full proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
