As an investment partner, Richard focuses, besides other things, on real estate segment. He has over 16 years of investment management and legal advisory experience; focusing on cross-border transactions and collective investment vehicles. Richard has served as counsel and advisor for several private as well as institutional investors in structuring and investment allocation. He was also in charge of 1,2 bil EUR pan European RE portfolio when working for a UK private equity fond. Richard has received his JD degree from the Charles University in Prague, earned an LL.M. from Virginia Law, and also graduated with the MBA degree from Macquarie University in Sydney.
