Senior Accountant

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• manage the accounting of assigned companies and ensure its accuracy and completeness
• prepare financial statements and audit documentation
• participate in the preparation of tax returns, particularly VAT, corporate income tax and real estate tax
• collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, banks and public authorities
• address accounting and tax-related matters across the holding structure
• prepare reports and supporting materials for management decision-making
• identify opportunities for greater efficiency and contribute to process improvements
• help develop internal policies, methodologies and accounting guidelines

• you have experience managing accounting and are comfortable working with more complex accounting agendas
• you have a solid understanding of Czech accounting and tax legislation
• you have hands-on experience with Pohoda and advanced Excel skills
• you take ownership of your work and see things through to completion
• you can communicate effectively with auditors, advisors, banks and public authorities
• you think beyond the accounting entry itself and look for the best solution, not just the correct booking
