We are an established B2C e-commerce company backed by the investment group Rockaway Capital. The business has a stable operational foundation and strong backing, while entering its next phase: transforming finance from a traditional control function into a true business-driving and data-led partner.
We are looking for a CFO who will take full ownership of the company’s finance function, become a member of the board, and act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team in driving profitability, cash flow, and long-term business stability.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- full responsibility for the company’s financial management (accounting, controlling, cash flow, working capital)
- ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning
- modeling revenue, margin, and cash flow scenarios with respect to seasonality, categories, and inventory
- connecting finance with the commercial reality of the business (pricing, promo effectiveness, margins, inventory)
- driving the finance function toward data, BI, and actionable business insights
- leading the finance team (strong accounting foundation + controlling)
- playing an active role in the strategic management of the company as a board member
- close collaboration with the investor
We are looking for someone who has:
- experience in e-commerce, retail, or a B2C consumer business
- a strong business and commercial mindset — seeing finance as a business partner, not just a control function
- hands-on experience with forecasting, scenario planning, and profitability management
- the ability to work with data and use it to support better decision-making
- natural authority, strategic thinking, and a willingness to stay hands-on when needed
- strong English communication skills, including communication with investors
