Prague, June 4, 2025 – The investment group Rockaway Capital announces the launch of Rockaway Fund, its first fund open to qualified investors, giving them access to Rockaway’s proven portfolio focused on traditional private equity, technological innovation, and blockchain. This marks the first opportunity for external investors to participate in the overall returns of the Rockaway Group – which is itself investing the majority of its own capital into the fund, with the goal of holding at least 10–20% of the fund’s total volume.

Rockaway Fund stands out by including assets managed within Rockaway’s core investment strategies – a level of internal commitment that is rare on the market. The fund uniquely combines traditional private equity, venture capital, and blockchain assets within a single product, providing investors access to a diversified portfolio that reflects Rockaway’s distinctive investment strategy.

The fund’s investments will be allocated across the three core areas that form the backbone of Rockaway’s investment strategy: traditional private equity, transformative technologies, and blockchain assets. The portfolio will include Rockaway Alpha, Rockaway Defense, Rockaway Credit, RockawayQ, Rockaway Ventures, and RockawayX, each managed by a specialized and experienced team with deep expertise and a strong track record in its respective field.

At least half of the fund’s allocation will be consistently directed toward private equity, while also giving investors exposure to Rockaway’s high-yield investments in blockchain and technology venture capital.

Rockaway Fund is structured as an open-ended fund for qualified investors with an evergreen structure, allowing regular entries and exits. It offers quarterly liquidity and the option to reinvest returns. This setup provides the fund manager with flexibility to strategically manage allocations — supporting high-performing assets over the long term while remaining responsive to changing global conditions.
The fund’s manager and administrator is Winstor Investment Company, and the depository bank is Československá obchodní banka (ČSOB). The fund is backed by the full investment ecosystem of Rockaway. Its goal is to reach EUR 1.2 billion in assets under management within five years and to become a key driver of innovation financing in Central Europe.
