How Is Chytrý Honza Doing after Acquisition of Bonnet.cz?

The commission turnover in the second quarter of year 2014 exceeded 60 million CZK. The management want to get over 80 million CZK by the second quarter of 2015.

Current results of year-on-year growth confirm that acquisition of financial advisors Bonnet.cz was the right step. Original purpose of the acquisition is explained by Jiří Paták, CEO of Chytrý Honza: “The aim was to create modern and from the point of view of the costs efficient model of the group´s financial products distribution.” By joining a strong online and “offline” network, Chytrý Honza found an “alternative distribution for banks and insurance companies.” Today, together they are able to compete with the strongest players on the market.

Let the numbers speak:

– The increase of commission turnover in the second quarter of 2014 exceeded the limit of 60 million CZK. According to Paták, it is possible to expect that the growth in the second quarter of 2015 will get close to the number of 80 million CZK.

– Year-on-year growth in the number of new clients has reached 31% – to be precise, Chytrý Honza gained more than 71 000 of them. The border of 300 000 clients is about to be reached.

– Chytrý Honza has also recorded a dramatic increase of concluded advisors of Bonnet.cz. At the end of third quarter 2014 it cooperated with 1594 advisors. In comparison to the same period of previous year, it is 49% growth.

-Among all types of offered products, life insurance leads and is followed just by a few percent by car insurance. These two items make together more than every other concluded product. It is also worth mentioning property insurance and mortgage insurance.
