We offer a student internship in the legal department of RockawayX. We are a Venture Capital firm focused on investing in digital assets, web3 and the blockchain industry, developing software solutions for blockchain technology, and operating validator nodes.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help with general legal support (agreements, regulatory, AML/CFT compliance).
- Assist in analysis, review and drafting of legal documents (NDA, Simple Agreements for Future Tokens, Simple Agreements for Future Equity, Share Purchase Agreement, Investment Agreements, Articles of Association, Limited Partnership Agreement, Validator Agreements, creating legal on-shore and off-shore structures).
- Research in relation to law and blockchain, development in the EU and the USA.
- Administrative support.
WHAT WE NEED:
- 10 out of 10 drive and sense of ownership.
- Ability to structure, analyze and synthesize complex problems.
- Proficient English communication.
- Enthusiasm for the blockchain field, law and investing.
- Basic orientation in the following fields of law: commercial, corporations, capital markets, finance, collective investing, corporate, AML/CFT.
- Ability to work 15-20 hours a week.
