Online marketing is currently undergoing a major transformation. What used to drive long-term growth, no longer does in today’s increasingly AI-driven world. Our marketing insights and automation application, Samba.ai, helps deliver that transformation to businesses around the world through its utilization of advanced machine learning algorithms that analyze customer behavior in real-time and deliver marketing that is optimized and personalized for each and every customer. Samba is rapidly expanding worldwide and we’re looking for a passionate, customer-centric individual to help us meet that demand by strengthening our technology consulting team. This individual will be a vital part of building and nurturing a team that our customers love and is their primary reason why they remain as customers for the foreseeable future.


  • Likes to speak and work with customers.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and in a down-to-earth manner.
  • Considerate and persistent, ensuring no customer falls through the cracks.
  • Willing and able to support colleagues when they need advice or guidance.
  • Is a technophile, especially when it comes to new, emerging technologies.
  • Interested in online marketing and wants to develop further in this area (big advantage).


  • Train and assist our customers and technology partners.
  • Solve client issues, helping them find the best solution for their specific needs.
  • Regularly check that everything is working as intended.
  • Offer suggestions and provide user feedback that will help make the application easier and better to use.
  • Stay on top of our documentation, including our FAQ.
  • Manage a community counseling center on Facebook.


  • Can communicate effectively in English.
  • Secondary education (at minimum).
  • Able to work effectively with people.


  • Permanent job contract, located in our Prague-based office (Prague 4, Pražského Povstání).
