Adam Kolesa
Project Lead
Adam was born in Cuba, where he lived for 6 years. He studied in Prague, Madrid and Edinburgh. After school, he joined McKinsey, where he worked for 5 years on strategic and transformational projects in Spain, South Africa, and globally – he started as a business analyst and progressed to the position of project manager.
Outside of the office, Adam is an avid mountain climber (having conquered Mt. McKinley/Denali, Eiger, Matterhorn or Mt Blanc) and likes action sports such as snowboarding, wakeboarding, surfing and mountain biking.
